First time my husband and I stayed here and we truly enjoyed it. Great beach access with lots of room on the sand to spread out. Add in the friendly staff and Sea Vista is a 10/10!!

The fixtures are quite worn from use. The bathroom exhaust fan is not working (it is out of order), and the emergency stairwells are dirty and look unkempt.
